Preowned, New in sealed box.  The Jokers psychiatrist turned romantic interest is Ms. Harley Quinn.

This vinyl collectible figure is from 2018 and was a Hot Topic Exclusive Haloween Edition. She is part of the DC comics bombshells line put out by Crytozoic entertainment and licensed under DC Comics and Warner Brothers.

Please look at the pictures closely as they are your best description. Pictures were a little hard to take without getting the reflection from the clear case but I did want to show the seals haven't been opened. If you have any questions,  I'd be happy to try and answer them, but I'm not an expert on grading. These were from a small collection of an adult woman. Never played with,  only admired.
