Returns: We do not accept returns on intimate items such as lingerie, socks, footwear, tights, underwear, sleepwear or children's clothing for health reasons. We want to assure our buyers that items come from a clean, non-smoking home and have not been tried on or handled by other buyers. We cannot do that if items have been sent out and returned. We also do not accept returns on audio books as some buyers listen to the book and then want to return it. We cannot afford to "lend" books.

 All other items have a 30 day return policy with buyer paying shipping to return and original shipping. We reimburse shipping only if we have made an error. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent - with tags and in original packaging. New items that have been used cannot be returned.  Please message us if you have a concern.

Offers:  If an item has a "best offer,"  please be fair and reasonable.  Less than half asking price is a waste of both our time.  If we could afford to sell at such a low price, we would list it at that price.  We have to buy our items, pay fees to eBay, and purchase wrapping and mailing materials.  We price fairly according to our costs.
