The bag is in good condition overall, the hardware is in very good condition with only light wear , the inside is great just some small signs of use, the leather is lovely as are the handles I have had to re-edge one tote handle so no fraying and a little bit of edging to one corner of the bag shows signs of wear but neither of which detract as can see - it really is a great stunning piece ideal to be dressed up or down
