The book is in very good condition.  There is some very minor wear to the cover just due to age or basic use.  It is a former library copy, so there is a stamp in the front and a card holder in the back.  Please see all the pictures for more details.  

I looked through the book, and the text is very clean.  I saw no underlining, highlighting, or markings whatsoever.
