We accept Paypal --If you do not have a Paypal account we take all major credit cards debit cards through ebay.
We do not accept Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.), checks, check cards or ATM cards.
Shipping:
We ship utilizing the following services: United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Free shipping to the continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires an additional fee, Please send a message with your address through ebay messages for a shipping quote.
If you have a rush shipping order please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. We try to ship all items on the day the payment has cleared. However all items will ship within 1-3 business days.
International Shipping
We ship to US addresses only.
Local Pickup:
If you would like to schedule an appointment to inspect an item, or to pick it up, please contact us using ebay messages.
Emergency:
We understand that you may have an emergency and you need an item after business hours or rush delivery. We will do our very best to work with you to meet your requirements. Please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible with expedited solutions and costs.
Returns:

We only sell new surplus items, used items that were pulled from known working machinery or items that have been thoroughly tested. If an item fails to work because it is defective, the defective item must be returned within 30 days. After we receive the item, we will confirm that the item was sold by us and is defective. Once we make our confirmations then we will replace the defective item with an equivalent item. If a replacement is not available, We will refund the cost of the item (plus shipping, if applicable). We are not responsible for resulting damage to items or components caused by either internal or external equipment or shorted connections. Any claim(s) for a defective item must be handled within eBay's 30 day return policy.
