This is a clean vintage New Old Stock example of Cello-Tape black vinyl perforated handlebar tape from Benotto, and including matching color-keyed handlebar end caps. This is enough to do one set of handlebars, using one roll for each side. This is perforated tape, with a line of small holes down the center.
