 This item has been fully re-manufactured in our factory to the highest standard by our experienced technicians. It has been completely disassembled and all components have been examined for wear and damage, any components which fall outside our stringent standards are replaced. To achieve the highest possible quality, all of our power steering pumps undergo a full road simulation and pressure output test where we check the performance over a range of engine speeds. This enables us to have full control over the operational standard of every pump.

 An invoice with VAT displayed separately will be supplied with your purchase.

 WARRANTY

 The item comes with a 12 month warranty (starting from the date of purchase and is limited to the purchase price of the item, we do not cover the cost of diagnostics, labour and transport). If a replacement item is requested, we will require payment for this prior to dispatch.

 SHIPPING

 Items are shipped on a 24 hour delivery service (Monday to Friday) to the UK mainland, this is not guaranteed as unforeseen problems can occur (this does not include the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands where an extra charge may apply, please contact us for a quote). We do not ship to the Channel Islands or Internationally.

 We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Unfortunately, emails cannot be answered outside of these times.

 RETURNS

If you are having a problem or you wish to return an item please contact us directly so we can assist you in any way we can.

I’m afraid we cannot accept returns without prior authorisation; this is just a formality which allows us to track the return and offer a quick refund.

If you use eBay's return option, please note the following. Due to new rules imposed by eBay where sellers are financially penalises for items sent back as defective, we now perform a full test on all returned products. Any buyer who returns an item as defective, but is found to be in good working order must be reported to eBay under these new rules.
