Subject: Antique print, titled: 'L' Anarchiste, je les trompe tous deux.', ('Anarchist, I deceive them both.') Caricature of the French Revolution, an Anarchist with two faces in the middle, with a Jacobins to the left and a Republic to the right. Also referred to as 'The Anarchist or the New French Janus.' Very rare.
Condition: Very good, given age. A crease in the top left margin corner, some soiling in the margins. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
