Please read before purchase

1, Return Policy:
We offer a 14 days return under the conditions as below:
1.1, Within 14 days of receiving order, the change of mind returns, refunds and replacements are accepted.
1.2, The returns must be within 14 days of receiving order.
1.3, The returns must be in unopened box. If the box is opened, the at least 20% restocking fee will apply, the buyer will be partial refund.
1.4, If the returned products have missing parts or damaged, we will have to purchase the missing parts or make the damage repaired, the exact amount of the fee will be deducted from the refund, the buyer will be partial refund.
1.5, The buyer must make sure the returned products delivered to us correctly with the same IMEI. We have IMEI recorded for every product orders we shipped. If not correct, refund will be refused.
1.6, Please remove your Google account or iCloud account, reset the device to factory settings, and then return back to us. If you do not remove your account, the phone will be locked to your account email address and we won't be able to access the device. We reserve the right to charge a fee to remove the accounts by a third party.


2, Warranty Policy:
2.1, Our items are international models, come without a warranty in local.
2.2, Beyond 14 days of receiving order, the change of mind returns and refunds are strictly not accepted. For Faulty items, we provide 1 year warranty for advisory and repair services.
2.3, If the buyer insists a return and refund without repair, the exact amount of the fee will be deducted depending on the conditions of the returned items that will be thoroughly inspected by our technicians.

2.4, Faulty items must be let us know and send back to us for repair within 1 year. We do not repair the item which passed the date.
2.5, Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for repair.


3, Local customs fees
3.1, Buyers are responsible for the customs fees. Any questions about this, welcome to message and check with us.
3.2, Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to their local government. Buyer must be responsible for the Customs. Buyer should check with their country's customs and respect to any customs fees before buying. We will not be responsible for any customs fees and no refund will be made.
3.3, Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company before/when delivery, or the item is being picked up by the buyer.
3.4, If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees, and the package ends up being returned back to us, we will charge the buyer at least 20% fees (for any customs fees, plus shipping, handling fees and other related fees), so the buyer will be partially refunded.
3.5, If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package gets lost or held by customs, no refund will be issued. We do not issue a refund until the package is delivered back to us and inspected.


4, Shipping Policy

4.1, All orders will be shipped, once we receive the order payment.
4.2, Address / Name changes will not be accepted at any time.
4.3, If a delivery parcel is refused, not cleared or not picked up after the item has been shipped, or an incorrect or not full provided shipping address, that makes the delivery parcel delivered back to us, we will charge the buyer at least 20% fees (for any customs fees, plus shipping, handling fees and other related fees), so the buyer will be partially refunded.
4.4, If the delivery parcel is lost or held by customs, no refund will be issued. We do not issue a refund until the package is delivered back to us and inspected.
