United States Senate Tray Heavy Pewter With Silver Shines Like A Mirror.

10" in diameter, very heavy, almost 1  1/2 pounds.

Top of tray is like a mirror. It is so shiny it is hard to get a picture of it. It seems to be covered in a shiny coating, probably silver because it shines like a mirror.

Tray has an uncoated bottom/underside. It is very soft. Literally you can bend the edges of this tray with your hands. If it looks slightly askew when you receive it, just bend it back!

I was told that this came from the U.S. Senate when I bought it. I have owned it at least 10 years, probably more. Non-smoking home.
