I believe the color is called Ecru Natural although it looks more like a beige color to me than off white & the label does not specify the color anywhere.

All spools were weighed on a postal scale and range between 0.7 to 0.8 oz.

There are a couple of spools that have some light brown spots on the thread as pictured.  The one spool with the most spots has a crushed center cardboard core.
