This is NEW OLD STOCK - Marking as 'Used' because the protective tab that keeps the battery from touching the terminals until you are ready to use the item has been removed causing the batteries to drain.  This item will need 2 new batteries. - It uses 2 AG10 Button batteries.  Other than that, it has been in its original box - never used.
