  • Wildwire Guitars was established in 2011 and we are based in Selby, North Yorkshire. We are a family run specialist guitar store offering hand-selected, high quality instruments from the worlds leading brands including PRS, Gibson, Fender, Taylor Guitars, Duesenberg, Vigier, Godin and more. In 2015 we relocated to a new, purpose built showroom on the popular Selby Business Park to offer our customers an enhanced selection of products presented in the same well-presented and relaxed atmosphere we are known for. As well as having free parking right outside our store, we are easily accessible from across the country, so, whether you are travelling on the A19 from York, A63 from Leeds, from further away using one of the well-connected motorways, we are more local than you might think. With Selby train station 5 minutes from our store, it's possible to visit us by train, which can mean a visit to us from London Kings-Cross would take approximately two hours.

  • We offer Free Delivery within the UK Mainland and always ensure that our products are packaged carefully and securely for shipping. Small, low value items are usually sent with Royal Mail. Higher value items and orders are sent using DHL Parcel UK, DPD, FedEx or Parcelforce and are fully tracked and insured. For deliveries outside of the UK, we will use either DPD, GLS, Fedex, DHL or UPS. If you would like any further information about delivery, please contact our store.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your online or mail order purchase, you may return your order to us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

    Subject to notification from you to us of a faulty or damaged Product within 30 days of receipt of the Product, we will refund the purchase price of any faulty or damaged product upon return of the product. If preferred, we can also look to repair or replace the product.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products ordered especially at a customer's request, customised products or products where there might be a hygiene concern if the product is used e.g. microphones and earphones.
