Take USB 3.0 to new lengths with this USB 3.0 Active extension cable from Monoprice! With data transfer rates up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0, USB 3.0 is quickly gaining in popularity. However, although it has a higher voltage and current level, passive cables are still limited to a maximum length less than 15 feet. This active extension cable draws power from the USB 3.0 bus and uses it to boost and regenerate the data signals, ensuring that full SuperSpeeds can be maintained to much longer lengths. By combining two of these extension cables with a 3 meter passive cables a total length of 13 meters (42.6 feet).This 5 meter (16.4 foot) cable is backwards compatible with all previous USB versions and any USB equipped device. It has a USB 3.0 A male connector on one end and a USB 3.0 A female port on the other end. Per the USB 3.0 spec, the plastic inside each connector is colored blue to distinguish it from connectors designed for previous USB versions.

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to Monoprice within 30 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund.However, if at the time of sale Shipping and Handling was charged, this is not refundable.

All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please setup a return request through your eBay account.

Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender.
