By simply mixing it with chopped Chinese cabbage, you can easily and conveniently enjoy a lightly pickled dish with the flavor of salted kelp. The refreshing acidity and gentle kelp flavor bring out the delicious taste of the Chinese cabbage.

Usage and Cooking Instructions:
Wash 300g of Chinese cabbage thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chopped Chinese cabbage and one small packet (13g) into a plastic bag, then mix them together by rubbing the bag from the outside.
Remove the air from the plastic bag, seal it tightly, and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Before serving, lightly squeeze the contents without rinsing.
If you massage the contents well, it will be ready to eat sooner.
A shorter marinating time will give you a salad-like taste, while a longer marinating time allows the flavors to penetrate for a more matured pickled taste.

刻んだ白菜に混ぜるだけで簡単・手軽に塩昆布風味の浅漬けがお楽しみいただけます。
さっぱりとした酸味とまろやかな昆布が白菜のうま味を引き出します。

原材料名 食塩(国内製造)、デキストリン、昆布、砂糖、昆布エキス粉末、唐辛子/調味料(アミノ酸等)、酸味料、甘味料(スクラロース)


使い方・調理方法
①白菜300gをよく水洗いし、食べやすい大きさに刻みます。
②ポリ袋に白菜と小袋(13g)1袋を入れ、袋の上からもむように混ぜ合わせます。
③ポリ袋の空気をしっかり抜いて口を閉じ、冷蔵庫で一晩漬け込みます。
④洗わずに軽く絞ってお召し上がりください
