A rare and extremely attractive nautical map of the COAST of WALES, issued in 1896,by the British Admiralty.


This chart shows details of the COAST from BARMOUTH to HOLY ISLAND.

Features both nautical and inland detail noting both topographical features and thousands of depth soundings (in fathoms). Important ports, Island and navigational points are carefully noted.


Note - The orange/red markings on the chart indicate the location of navigational aids, such as lighthouses, beacons, markers, Etc. They have been updated, added / altered on a chart by means of Small Corrections.

This 1895 edition has printed corrections to 1917.
