Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. We also take payments by most major debit and credit cards by calling our customer service team on  from 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (contact details found in business seller information at bottom of page). Payments must be received within 2 days of purchase or a automatic payment case will open and negative feedback may be left. Our shipping policy is to handle and despatch within 24 hours of placing your order Monday to Friday. 

UK MAINLAND: All items will be despatched Royal Mail first class post or FedEX depending on the item. See eBay listings for cost.

WORLDWIDE: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please require an invoice total before presing buy it now.

All items are traceable, and tracking details can be given on request.

Please note postage is quoted for UK mainland address ONLY. If your postcode is AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE, BT, IM, TR, or you are ordering for the Channel Islands or the Isle of Wight pleaserequest an invoice before pressing  "Buy It Now!". Important - Orders cannot be dispatched until the full payment (including the correct postage amount) has been paid. Any customer payment that has the incorrect postage amount will be emailed and placed on hold until the additional postage is paid. If in any doubt please contact our customer service department.

Any faults must be advised to us withing 7 days or receipt of the item; any items damaged in transit MUST be advised within 24hr. Please DO NOT RETURN any item before contacting us first! If, when we receive the item back and no fault is found, we cannot offer a refund on any return costs and you will be liable for the carriage cost for its return to you. Most products carry a 3-month guarantee. However, this will only apply where the item has been subject to normal usage and has not suffered any form of misuse. Please note that problems are rare given the large quantity of products we supply to customers around the world!
