Regarding screen dimming, this watch has a black screen with a black paper inside the mirror surface, so it cannot be adjusted. Only the screen backlight key can be used to solve the problem. Or remove the screen protector for clearer visual display.  Please do not buy it if unable to accept
 
When the electronic watch displays normally: pressM key, press "stopwatch function" once, press "alarmsetting" twice, press "time calendar setting" three times,and press "restore normal display" four times. There is aprotective film on the watch screen, and the display will beclearer after it is torn offs
2. Key indication: M=MODE S=START R=RESETL=LIGHT
3. Time setting: when the display is normal, press the Mkey 3 times to enter the time adjustment state (secondsflash), press the s key to calibrate seconds (seconds
clear). Press the R key again. When the hour flashes,press the s key to check thehour. In the same way, press the R key respectively to adjust "minute, month, date,week". When flashing, press the s key again to adjust. After all adjustments arecompleted, press the M key once to return to the normal display state
4.12/24-hour status setting: when the display is normal, press the M key threetimes to enter the time adjustment state (second flashing), then press the R key toenter the hour (flashing) adjustment state, and then press the s key to adjust the 12/24-hour system. A (AM) stands for the moming and P (PM) stands for the afternoon.These two states are 12 hour system. When it is adjusted to H, it stands for 24 hoursystem. After setting, press M key once to retum to the normal time display
5. Alarm setting: in the normal display state, press the M key twice to adjust to thealarm state (AL), then press the R key to adjust to the hour (flashing) setting state,then press the s key to adjust the hour to complete the setting, then press the R keyto adjust to the minute (flashing) setting state, and then press the s key to adjust theminute to complete the setting, then press the M key once to return to the normaldisplay state。
6. Setting of alarm and alarm on / off: in normal display state, press M key twice toadjust to alarm state (AL), then press s key to switch, when the alarm is on (withalarm symbol display), when the alarm is off (alarm symbol disappears). When thewhole point reminder is on (the reminder symbol is displayed), when the whole pointreminder is off (the reminder symbol disappears)。
7. Stopwatch usage: under normal time, press M key once to enter the function ofrunning watch, then press s key to start running watch,and then press s key onceagain to stop running watch and display reading. Press the R key to clear the meter.Press the M key to return to the normal display status
8. Key light: press the L key to turm on the night light. Note: using night lights for along time consumes a lot of batteries.
9. About waterproof: this electronic watch is waterproof for ordinary life. It can washhands and rain. But it is not allowed to wear swimming, bathing and soaking. Watchis a precision device. Please keep it dry as much as possible, which will prolong itsservice life. In addition, this manual is applicable to the electronic meter debugging ofall 12 bit movements.

Waterproof for daily life, washable, rainproof, but not worn for swimming, bathing, and soaking in water.
Regarding the scratches on the dial, the dial itself comes with a screen protector film. Upon arrival, it is likely that the scratches are caused by the protective film. Simply remove the protective film, but be careful that the screen is easily scratched.
