A rare and extremely attractive nautical map of the NORTH PACIFIC ISLANDS, issued in 1849, by the British Admiralty.

This chart shows details many islands, as listed.

Features both nautical and inland detail noting both topographical features and thousands of depth soundings (in fathoms). Important ports, Island and navigational points are carefully noted.

This 1899 edition has printed corrections to 1928.
