The phone charges and powers on with a good LCD and touchscreen, however when we inserted our SIM card it would not complete a call. Phone is in excellent cosmetic shape, and is locked to AT&T networks. Battery and battery door are NOT included. Sold as is, for parts or repair only, no returns.
