I have four plinth variations for the Thorens TD124. 

Once you purchase this 'item', I'll send the '.dxf' files and screenshots of the individual layers with a reference dimension for scaling purposes, if you would like to trace and hand cut them. 

- DXF files are appreciated by machine shops as they are basically pdf's but with scale. 

- The plans are intended to be used with 16mm thick material, however, I don't see why thicker material would pose a problem.

- Three 16mm dowels are intended to be placed through the layers to locate them together.

ORIGINAL STYLE,15mm spacing on all sides, from turntable to plinth. (Photos 4-5)

LARGER STLYE, 60mm spacing on the left/right and 30mm spacing on the front/back. (Photos 6-7)

GET READY FOR LEAD STYLE, 40mm spacing on right/back/front and 90mm spacing on the left, suitable for a 12-inch arm. The layers with the internal cut outs can easily be swapped for files of solid layers, please just ask. (Photos 8-10)

12 INCH STYLE, 13mm spacing around the outside, however was intended to use 3 different thicknesses (4/16/20mm) of material to create mass and stop vibrations. (Photos 1-3)

I used to sell these as made plinths however, uni and starting another business has sucked all the time away from me. 

If you want a custom style, please contact me and I will work alongside with you for an additional $100 AUD.

Any timber joinery shop, cabinet makers or van fitout shop would be able to cut out the files for you easily. 

OR you can print out the files and use it as a template for making it be hand.
