Replacement Mylar slide for SLX and 6000 series Rollei/Rolleiflex batteries (SLX, 6001, 6003, 6006, 6008).  The original slides are used to retain a spare fuse for the battery.  It is quite common for these slides to go brittle and break making them unusable.  These are a direct replacement (as shown in photos, battery not included).  The battery end needs to be pulled out slightly to replace these and pushed in with care not to bend.  Once inserted the end can be secured and the slide used as intended.  I use a flattened round toothpick to move the slide out, then push in carefully to secure the spare fuse.

Slides will be protected with cardboard and sent in a standard letter envelope.
