For Home Delivery, we use TNT AND APC-OVERNIGHT for the majority of our domestic parcel deliveries.
Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). An express delivery option is available on selected items. If your order is placed before 08:00 am (Monday to Friday), items will be sent the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).
PLEASE NOTE : All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item.
We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.
For orders cancelled after dispatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Items must be packaged exactly as received in original packaging (unless faulty under warranty) and in unused, perfect condition. Don't make amendments please! This includes gluing items (perhaps to fix them), removing parts etc. A refund won't be processed if any of the above occurs.
If we receive back the goods damaged when returning as no longer required, I'm afraid you'll need to contact the courier you sent them with and claim, as we cannot process a refund.
Received Damaged? We're sorry about that.. Please tell us STRICTLY within 48 hours of signing for the parcel and attach a photo of the damage and we will gladly replace it or refund you.(WE WILL ASK YOU PICTURE OF DAMAGE )
AUTO DISTANCE has got 30 day returns policy. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund.
