Heavy high quality crystal decanter is decorated with handpainted fly fishing lures on two sides and is signed "Shorty and Spike - 1943 From LB" along one of the facets on the base.  The handpainted flies are signed "Ely" underneath.  It measures 10" tall with the stopper and 3 1/4" on a side.  Condition is excellent overall; there are just a couple of very tiny nips to the faceted base and a few surface scratches to the bottom as you'd expect with a piece of this age.  Would make a wonderful gift for a fisherman.  Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if you have any questions at all.  Thank you.
