All of my items that say used have been gone through and cleaned before photos and packaging.

I detail any found defects in the photos I post; I lay a measuring tape across and down all items that I can and post pics of the length and width.

It is a great idea for you to measure your favorite item that is as close to my item as possible to make sure the fit will work for you.

I do have a pet friendly home and even though I try very hard to avoid fur getting on garments you may occasionally find a couple, and I apologize. If you have allergies, you may need to reconsider your purchase.

I try to ship or schedule a pickup of items within 1 to 3 days of the order being finalized.

I will only take a return if the item was damaged do to my packaging process. However, if you do have a concern after receiving your item please contact me before leaving a bad review I really will try to work through any issues you may have.
