About US

We are very particular in the pieces we select.  Our home is, and has been smoke-free and pet-free. All items are inspected, clean, and ready to wear. Although we take care in the packing process, there may be some wrinkling and you may be required to do some pressing.  All items are sold as described.  We list them as mint, excellent, and good condition. 

Our dress form is suited for small and medium size pieces.  We pull tight each item at the waist to show definition. Please examine the detailed measurements carefully and do not rely upon the labeled size as designer's sizes vary drastically. We do not guarantee a perfect fit if you base the fit on the size shown on the garment's label. 

Shipping & Handling

We normally ship the same or next day after receipt of payment. We ship free within the USA by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail--both with Delivery Confirmation.  For international shipping, we send by US First Class International when appropriate (less than 4 pounds).  International Priority Shipping is about 5-6 times as expensive.  Shipping fees for Canadian buyers are shown.  International rates are substantially higher than domestic rates. Please contact us for an estimate of shipping costs.

We welcome bids from international buyers. First Class International package have delivery confirmation and are unlikely to be lost.  Buyers accept responsibility if a package is lost in transit.  Please email us prior to shipping if you wish to have your package send by Priority Mail (minimum cost to Canada is $35USD.    Other international bidders should figure their shipping cost to be at least 2-4 times the rates shown for Canada.  Shipping rates for international bidders are not negotiable. We do not ship by boat mail. 

Payments

If you plan on bidding on additional auctions after you have won an auction, DO NOT PAY for your winning auction.  If you do, we take this as an indication that you are finished bidding on all auctions and will ship the item the same or next day. 

Feedback

We highly recommend that you check our feedback comments as a first step in deciding to bid on an auction. Our goal is to maintain a 100% feedback rating. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.  We try to represent each item as accurately as is possible, but we are far from perfect and do miss things.  We have successfully delivered thousands of items.  We have immediately refunded the cost of the item to buyers when we missed something or misrepresented the item in some way—and the buyer does not have to ship the item back to us.  We will always make it right!  That is a guarantee.

Returns

We will graciously accept returns on any item under the following conditions:

Return the item in the same condition that you received it at your expense.  You may ship in the most economical means available (e.g., parcel post in lieu of priority mail).  Resealing the package and marking it as "refused' is against USPS policy and may not be returned within the return day limit.

Notify us immediately and ship the item back to us within 14 days of when you receive it.  We must receive the item within 28 days of sale.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will immediately send a full refund.

Some pieces will incur a relisting fee of 20% of the sales cost.
