I've used this as a ring holder but I saw a listing that showed this was the top to a powder jar from Avon.
Anyway, it's a frosted glass little girl holding flowers. Stamped MI Hummel and Goebel 1993. Measures just under 4" across and just under 3" high.
No chips or damage. Tiny lines where figure was attached, common in glass manufacture.
