RARE Vintage round tape measure Made in Germany 1.75" diam 32 length

I have not extended it to it's full length as it is old and does work reasonably well.

The retract button works, though at times the tape may need a little help with the last inch.  I'm guessing it's pretty dry inside and could use some lubrication but I have not done it as I am not sure really how it should be done of if it should be at all.
