Very cool looking watch. Gets tons of attention and compliments. The black and orange look great. This watch looks modern still today as it did in 2005. Very comfortable on the wrist.

Watch has signs of wear throughout but the black hides it well. I believe the pictures give a realistic representation of the condition although the scratches shown in the pictures appear worse than to the naked eye. The face is in nice condition. The bracelet shows signs of wear and some light fading on the outside length of the bracelet from lugs at top to and including the clasp. The inside portion of the bracelet (from lugs to clasp) is in nice condition. Again the black does a good job hiding the fact that this piece has been enjoyed. On the wrist none of this will be noticed, the watch looks great.

Although everything works on this watch, it does not store energy as it should. If I give the watch a good charge (shaking it for about 5 minutes) and then wear it there are no issues with time keeping as long as its on my wrist. If I use the chronograph or stop wearing it the kinetic energy falls off. So as long as I give it a good charge and keep it on my wrist it works fine. I do not know what the issue is.
As such this watch is sold as-is and the price represents a fair value for its state. Sold as watch only.

Note; I have spoken with Seiko and have been advised that Seiko Japan will still service this modeI but it needs to be sent to Japan by your local Seiko dealer to do this. Please confirm this with you Seiko dealer.
