- Shipping

•For reliable delivery of your purchase, we use USPS or FedEx delivery service. We do not ship on weekends or holidays as we are closed for business.

•Free Shipping option is only available to the Continental United States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories (Puerto RICO, Guam, etc.) Please contact us prior to purchasing the item for a quote.

(NOTE: Unless you paid extra for a specified shipping service or you have provided your own shipping label, then we will ship as listed.)

•We currently only ship to the United States.

•Due to carrier restrictions delivery cannot be made to APO addresses.

- Payment

•We currently only accept PayPal.

•Orders paid with PayPal with the non-confirmed delivery address are subject to approval.

•All auction payments must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase. Buy-It-Now purchasing require immediate payment.

- Sales Tax

•For shipments to Florida addresses, we are required by State law to collect Sales Tax.

-Returns

•We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on most items. Contact us with any concerns and we will make sure our customers are taken care of in the best way possible.

•After the 30-Day period returns are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and up to a 50% restocking fee may apply.

•Brand New Factory Sealed Media, Perishable Goods, Beauty Products or Lotions cannot be returned once opened from the factory packaging (Broken factory seal). Brand New Clothing may not be returned once tags are removed. Please verify the item purchased is correct or that it will work for your needs before breaking the factory seal.

•Physically damaged or defective on arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 24 hours of arrival to qualify for a full refund.

•Returned items must include all original parts and accessories sent with the item.

•Please allow 3-4 business days for all refunds to process once we receive the returned product.

•Return shipping costs if within the free return window is covered by us unless otherwise stated.
