A 1955 New York Yankees Yearbook.  My grandparents had a fire in their kitchen in 1962.  The house was saved but there was significant damage, including smoke damage to nearly everything in the house.  As you can see from the pictures, the front cover is damaged from smoke.  The inside pages have very slight smoke damage but are otherwise perfect.
