The underbust measurement is about 28.5". the largest part of the bust measures about 36.5". from top seam down the front it measures about 12.5". it is meant to not tie entirely under the boobs, in a more empire waisted/baby doll fit as can be seen in the promo photo.

Comes with black ribbon to tie. Non smoking household, no pets. Only tried on, never worn.
