An attractive Japanese wheel-thrown studio pottery vessel, perhaps a planter/jardiniere or vase. Deep cylindrical form featuring throw mark texturing and greenish-beige glaze, with brown accents. Measures approx. 6.5"h x 6.5"dia. In good pre owned condition, just displaying light signs of age/use, including surface wear to the pot's interior well and scattered minor glaze crazing - see photos. Unidentified artist mark stamped to underside.
