Contains reproductions of all the paintings of Jan Vermeer van Delft, Rembrandt's great contemporary.  Fifteen large scale and five small scale coloured plates convey the idea of the unique master's chromatic sorcery and a number of detailed photographs to demonstrate the essence of his brush work.  With 51 colour plates of his work.

Dust jacket is in good/acceptable condition with tears and nicks to top and bottom edges as well as a few small scuffs.  Beige cloth boards with brown titles are in good condition with light wear to edges.  Internal pages are clean and unmarked.
