MSILENCE TWARON® Engelshaar ist ein Füllmaterial zur Schalldämmung von Lautsprechergehäusen, das weltweit exklusiv durch das Thüringische Institut für Textil- und Kunststoff-Forschung (TITK) für MUNDORF hergestellt wird.
Für das von uns vertriebene Angel Hair sind die TWARON®-Grundfasern zuvor mehrfach bearbeitet worden: Die TWARON®-Fasern mit ihrer immensen Anzahl an Haarsträngen werden erst in 60 mm kurze Stücke geschnitten, anschließend gekämmt, vermischt und schließlich sorgfältig in eine Masse gepresst. Im Unterschied zu Glas- und sonstigen Kunstfasern leitet TWARON® durch Schwingungen verursachte Wärme sehr gut ab bzw. absorbiert auf diese Art die akustische Bewegungsenergie auf eine grundlegend andere Weise als alle anderen bekannten Materialien, die zu diesem Zweck eingesetzt werden.
