This is a one piece dress with “tie” and “sweater” and “patch” printed on. It is not sized, however it fit when my daughter was about an 8/10 or medium. It is stretchy and can fit a range of sizes in my opinion. It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex.

Measurements: top of neck to hem of dress 35”

Waist: 15” flat across so 30” around

Chest (armpit to armpit) 16” flat so 32” around
