19th Century American Foxed Tramp art mirror  

A highly decorative, untouched late 19th Century example of a Tramp art mirror. With its original heavily foxed mirror plate still intact and all its wooden backing firmly in place.  In the typical American geometric design, A real interior design piece, which is both functional and decorative due to its worn and weathered look.

1.       The item shows a deep natural patination due to age.

2.       Scuffed and scratched to the frame and glass.

3.       The mercury glass has foxed heavily to one side as shown.

4.       Notch work detail missing in areas as shown.
