Returns
Accepted returns: Damaged, defunct or faulty goods. Please make contact within 7 days of receiving your item. Please take photos of any damaged items. Items must be returned before a replacement can be sent. You must contact use prior to returning any items. Items may be refunded by exchanging the item itself or as a return of money spent. Refunds are determined at our discretion based on the situation, the item and communication with the buyer.
Change of mind returns: Accepted with a 20% restocking fee. No postage can be refunded on change of mind items.
Items damaged in post: At all times that any of your purchased products are delivered incorrectly or delivered damaged from the postal carrier, we request that you take photos and send to us immediately. Although we can not take responsibility for items damaged in transport, we need to be made aware of any mishandling with our carriers so that we can report faults and issues.
All photos for returns must be taken immediately and show the entire product, and a close up of the damage/defunct part. Please also take a photo of the packaging in which it arrived. Photos must be clear and visible. Blurry pictures or pictures with writting that is not readable can not be accepted.
Christmas & holidays delivery times: Please note that although Australia Post puts on extra staff and delivers in record timing at these super busy times of the year, they still state in their terms that you need to allow UP TO 10 business days for delivery of items. Generally items are delivered to SA, NSW & VIC metro areas within 3 days, other metro areas within 5 day & rural areas within 7 days. This is a guide only and without express postage (at an extra cost) there is no guarantee of the actual date your item will arrive.
