In good new, old stock & unworn condition. You receive one pair of heels. They are a size XL and say that they fit size 11. 

These are heels made of stacked leather painted black around the edges. They are slightly dingy from age and storage and

 have various black paint smudges on the tops of them. There are a couple spots of separation in the stacks on the one of the

 heels at the sides & front as shown in photos. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.
