Shipping information
Dear customer, the product that you have
bought from musunt will be sent later in 2 business days after the purchase is
made. Your shipping company could be FEDEX, UPS or USPS. As appropriate.
The purchased product will be packed with
great care by qualified personnel with experience in packaging to guarantee our
delivery to the shipping company.
Musunt offers a warranty on its products
for 30 days if:

The item received is included in this
term, be it a laptop in conditions described as optimal, or a part of a laptop
or electronic product that is included in this term.

Malfunction of software or hardware before
the term expires, as long as the operating system of a laptop or its
corresponding drivers has not been irresponsibly altered (this in the case of
the purchase of laptops).
We cannot apply any guarantee to any
product purchased from musunt if:

The customer has altered the software of
the laptop through an update not corresponding to it.
·
The customer has voluntarily or
involuntarily damaged any physical component of the purchased item.
Musunt accept a return
if:
·
The product you received does not match the
description of the purchase.
·
The product you received arrived damaged and does not
match the description.
·
The product you received arrived with damaged
packaging.
·
The product you received has software or hardware errors
that were not mentioned in the description.
·
In case of an error of the aforementioned, contact us
immediately and, if possible, send us photos of the element.
When a return is made, your refund will be
made until the product reaches our hands and we ensure that it is in the
conditions that you received it.
Before proceeding
to accept a return, the client must send current photos of the product to be
sent back before the term of the return term expires.
The item contains a fresh installation copy of the operating system.
The item may
contain security stickers that you can remove after one month to cover your
warranty for this term.
