Cushion cover is Approximate 18"x18" ( 43cm x 43cm)

The reverse side of the cushion cover is an excellent quality linen mix in a complimentary natural colour

Hidden Zipped fastening

All seams have professionally overlocked to help prevent fraying

Hand wash separately and gently. Do not tumble dry. Pull to shape and dry flat. Please take special care and iron on the reverse with a cool iron.

Each cushion cover may vary a little in design placement, but you will always be guaranteed a beautiful scene

For plump, filled out cushions, you should always go up one size in your cushion insert.

Most cushion inserts go up in 5cm intervals so if you have a 40 x 40cm cover, you'll need an insert that measures 45 x 45cm.

Similarly, if you have a 60 x 60cm cover, you'll need a 65 x 65cm insert and so on.

All my items come from a non-smoking pet free environment.

Buyer Notes

Delivery & Dispatch Times:

I post all my orders at Post Office Counters where they are scanned into their system at the date and time of postage, this also provides me with a physical postage receipt showing your order is with Royal Mail.

If your item has not arrived within 7 working days and you require this proof of postage do not hesitate to message me through eBay.

I am happy to take a photo of the receipt and email it to you so you can then check your delivery with your local sorting office.

As per my agreement with ebay I aim to dispatch handmade orders within 3 working days, if there is a delay to this process I will try to let you know in advance.

Standard Postage throughout the UK is 2nd Class Royal Mail currently with an estimated delivery timescale of 2-7 days.

If you require your purchase faster are a secure signed for delivery service please choose the option required at time of purchase.

Note:I only post to the address given on the order I will not alter are change this please ensure this is correct with full details and postcode as I am not responsible for incorrect addresses.

I post Monday to Friday with the exclusion of Weekends & Bank Holidays.

Orders purchased after 2pm on Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the next working day which is MONDAY (unless it is a Bank Holiday) when the next dispatch date will be a Tuesday.

Delivery charge includes postage and packaging materials, I only charge for actual costs incurred.

To help the environment where possible I use recycled packaging materials.

Please be aware Postage Delays incurred as a result of covit, postage strikes, bad weather Or seasonal high volumes e.g. Christmas are out of my hands so please be patient.

In some cases I am happy to combine postage, please contact me to discuss before paying for your items.

Returns & Refunds

Our goal is for you, the customer, to be fully satisfied with your product.

While I take utmost care to ensure high standards I also take pride in resolving problems rapidly.

All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric and/or handmade items ie. patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from stock photographs.

In these instances the items are not considered to be faulty.

Damaged item:If your goods are damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we will ask to be provided with an image or video of the item in question and to also include your invoice.

Returns are welcome, from UK customers only, and are subject to conditions on listing ie: Buyer pays return postage.

Change of heart: Buyer will pay return cost, and all items must be returned within 14 days from receipt, undamaged and in their original condition, refunds minus my orginal postage costs will be issued upon receipt of the returned item given that the item has been unused and unopened.

Return exclusions:Please be aware that bespoke products or personalised products are non-refundable.

This includes broken zips on cushion covers. I check all zips are in good working order before postage I cannot be held responsible for poor handling when inserting cushion inner.

I recommend that all items are returned using a signed for service, with proof of postage for your own safety, as I can't be held responsible for items that do not reach me.

All returns should be completed within 14 days of receipt of your original order.
