These are two boxes with two Diamond Brush heads in each box for a total of 4 brush heads. One set is black and the other set is white.
These are sealed and untouched.
The photo showing the 4 brushes is a stock photo in white. It is only to show the number of brush heads. Again two are black and two are white.
