I opened this item to use some of the CD-Rs.  I counted appropriately 37 unused discs, and the surface is glossy white inkjet hub printable.  As a bonus, the item includes 14 extra CD-R discs that are not of the same TY brand and they are not inkjet hub printable like the TY pictures in this listing.
