  • We may also ship to the nearest FedEx Freight terminal for customer pickup at no additional cost. Photo ID may be required by the terminal when picked up. Please provide the name of the individual picking up and a valid contact number.
  • Freight shipments to residential addresses are NOT available. Shipment must go to a commercially zoned business address with a dock or forklift available or to the nearest terminal for customer pickup. Please provide a proper shipping address and the name of the business it is going to when making payment. In the event the location is not a commercial address with the proper capabilities to unload a truck, FedEx may charge you additional fees as we will not be responsible for any additional charges.
  • Freight shipments must be inspected prior to signing delivery paperwork. If any damage is present, you may accept delivery and responsibility, as is, or refuse the shipment. If the paperwork is signed, you are acknowledging responsibility. You have every right to fully inspect the shipment prior to signing , so please do not sign before you have inspected the item..
  • Local pickup is available. The invoice must be paid prior to pickup if using this option at checkout.  
  • Shipping may be delayed if a valid address is not provided or contact information is incomplete.
  • We reserve the right to ask for additional funds, non-refundable, should the carrier charge us additional fees due the information/address provided by the customer.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

  • 60 Day Parts Only Warranty
  • Starts 5 business days after purchase to allow time for removal and/or obtaining fitment info and a proper shipping address.
  • Warranty does not cover labor, towing, car rental, or additional parts and fluids. Wear items such as seals, brake components, bulbs are not covered.
  • Warranty will be void if the part is modified or disassembled without approval first.
  • Warranty will be void if the part is returned without our markings
  • In the event of a warranty claim, we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund up to the purchase price depending on the circumstances and inventory available.
  • Please provide pictures and documentation of the issue with warranty claims.

Returns

  • You may also contact us prior to opening a return and we will gladly assist with any issues.
  •  If a freight item is refused or returned due to buyer error or failure to pick up at the agreed upon terminal within 72 hours, the buyer will be responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
