ANTIQUE c1905 BISCUIT TIN CIRCUS CAR HUDSON SCOTT for COOPERATIVE SOC. figural scarce
Overall in good condition, ( say 8 / 10 ), all as per the photographs. A scarce biscuit tin, retailed by the cooperative wholesale society, and most likley made for them by Hudson Scott & sons ( who made biscuit tins for many big brand names like Huntley & Palmers etc ). The tin representing an early Circus trailer car, as they were, with spoked wheels. An early tin that would date to circa 1910. The whole tin is sound, straight and free of bad dents say very good to that order, but there is some surface degradation to the lithography, and for that reason I have given it just 8/10 for condition. However this is not a common tin at all, and for that well worth considering for your collection, an early tin with great little wheels. .... I would love it, but I can't keep everything. It measures approx 4 3/4 long x 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 high max dimensions. ........all as per the images.
