This is such a pretty coat in a great shade of blue with a sheen to it. The upper back has a quilted design & has tabs on the cuffs. There are 2 front pockets & shoulder pads. This also has an extra quilted lining that zips out. Shoulder to shoulder measures 18" x pit to pit measures 20" x shoulder to hem measures 40" x sleeve length measures 23".
