Customization

1.Customized female height below 145, male height below 155 do not receive customization, abnormal special body type customization requirements of 15% of the cost of pricing (because the cost is several times higher than ordinary clothing), abnormal special body type refers to: male bust circumference of 135 or more, female bust circumference of 120 or more, male and female bust circumference of 70 or less (including 3 numbers)
2.Custom cannot be returned or exchanged.Please provide the correct size information

Shipment

1. Items will be shipped after full payment is received. Payment made by an e-Check will take 5-7 days to clear in PayPal. 
2. We will not send your order until it has cleared. All of the items will come with tracking number. 
3. The buyer will be responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country.
4. Email us if not receive items for more than 30 business days after full payment sent.

Payment

1. Paypal only accepted Payment Instructions-You will be notified with an email about your purchase with the payment information.
2. For Buy It Now item, an immediate payment is required (best offer items excluded).
3. For Auction items, please paid within 7 days.

2. Faux Leather items can only be dry-cleaned, hung in a cool and ventilated place, forbidden to be exposed under the sun and washed in water.

Return&Refund

1. We accept returns up to 15 days after you receive your order in normal conditions. 
2. In order for us to be able to accept your return, your items must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging.
