This plate was produced by the Danbury Mint, circa 1990’s. The theme of the portrait is taken from the 1934 movie “ Stand Up and Cheer.” The plate is in excellent condition, with NO chips, marks, or cracks. The Certificate of Authenticity is NOT included.
