PAYMENTS

We require payment within seven (7) calendar days. If your item remains unpaid for seven (7) calendar days, we void the sale, re-enter the product back into inventory, and file with eBay to recoup our eBay fees. We ship our orders from various warehouses in different locations in the United States. For this reason, we don't allow local pick-up. Sorry, no exception!

Normally, all Domestic shipments originate 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment (Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays not included). To ensure all orders are shipped correctly, we cannot guarantee same day shipping and, occasionally, some order may take a bit longer. However, we try our best to ship all orders for which payments are received and cleared before 12:00 am (Pacific Time) on the same day. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Following is a brief description of the FedEx shipping options we offer to our buyers within 50 United States:

  •  Ground/Home Delivery - Delivery in 1–5 business days, depending on distance to the destination. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii via 2nd day air only. Service dates are Monday - Friday by end of Business day.

  •  2 Day - By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences) Service dates are Monday - Friday. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii via 2nd day air only. Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 3 business days.

  •  Standard Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. Service dates are Monday - Friday (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery to certain remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii is in 1 or 2 business days.

  • All orders are shipped at buyer's expense. Shipping charges include Handling costs and Insurance against loss or damage while in transit. Please review the Domestic Shipping Charts above.

 
P.O. BOX Address

FedEx does not provide delivery service to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box within the lower 48 States, please refer to the FedEx Ground/Home rates above.

If your shipping address is a P.O. Box in Alaska or Hawaii, please refer to the FedEx Ground/Home rates above to these States.

At checkout time, select FedEx Ground/Home as your shipping option and we will ship your order to your P.O. Box address via USPS Priority Mail.

 
APO / FPO Shipping Address

We support our Armed Forces and all orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service. Shipping charges include handling costs and insurance against loss or damage while in transit.

ATTENTION! - Shipping Rates do not include Customs Duties and Taxes, if applicable.

Domestic Shipping on MULTIPLE Items

We offer significant savings on shipping when purchasing multiple items. However, you must wait until the completion of your last item to checkout when bidding on multiple items. This will allow you to combine items into one shipping fee and thereby save you on shipping charges. The combined shipping rates apply to items purchased within 7 days from the auction end of the first item purchased. Any item purchased after the 7 days will be considered as separate shipment.

All orders for iron sets and individual clubs exceeding 30 lbs in total combined weight will require a shipping quote. Please contact us after completing the purchase of your last item of your current order with all your contact information (phone number included) specifying the shipping option and the item purchased. We will issue an order with a customized shipping rate based on the total Shipping Weight of your order and email it to you. Such email will contain a link to access our secure Checkout link when you can complete checkout of your customized order.

Attention! Golf Bags, Golf Balls, Apparel and Shoes can only be combined with like items and they cannot be combined with golf clubs. Therefore, the checkout total with show separate combined shipping charges based on the category of the items to combined.

Sales Taxes
If applicable, all sales tax will be collected by eBay.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international orders will ship via eBay international Shipping Program.


WARRANTY & RETURNS

Not happy with the product purchased?

If the item purchased is the correct one but you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within three (3) Calendar days from the receipt of your order and we will issue a Return Authorization and refund the sell price of the item returned (Shipping Fees not included). Please write NOT HAPPY WITH THE ORDER PURCHASED on the Subject line of your email and include the Order Number or your purchase. An agent in our Customer Support Department will contact you either via email or by phone to arrange for the return of the order purchased and refund of the sell price.

Any returns must be received exactly as shipped, in their original packaging and still wrapped in plastic with the factory seal, if shipped in such condition. We do not accept any returns purchased from us in new condition and then used, even once. All returns will be inspected prior to any credit being issued. International customers are also responsible for any additional duties, taxes, brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Such expenses will be deducted from amount refunded

Received a Wrong or Damaged order?

We immediately replace any wrong item shipped or any item lost or damaged by our shipping carriers at no extra charge to you. Simply contact us or call our Customer Service within two (2) business days from receipt of your order. If sending an email message, please write WRONG ITEM RECEIVED or DAMAGED ORDER RECEIVED on the Subject line of your email and include the Order Number or your purchase. An agent in our Customer Support Department will contact you either via email or by phone to arrange for the immediate replacement of the order wrongly received or damaged while in transit. If a replacement is no longer available, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid (Shipping Fees included) of the order purchased and refund of the sell price.

In case of Damaged package by the shipping carrier, it is strongly recommended to inspect the package upon receipt and in presence of the shipping carrier driver when possible. This helps speed up the claim process against the shipping carrier and allows us to ship replacement (if available) as quickly as possible.

In order to file a claim with our shipping carriers for damaged or lost items, all orders damaged by our shipping carriers must be placed inside the original packaging exactly as they were shipped to you. This is because our shipping carrier may send an inspector to pick up the damaged package for inspection before issuing refund.

Auction Cancellation Policy

eBay's policies are rules and guidelines that help to create a safe, fair and enjoyable trading environment for all eBay members. As a buyer, you are responsible for reviewing and understanding eBay’s policies, as well as all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in the eBay User Agreement. Bidding or purchasing at Buy-it-Now price any of our auctions or purchasing any of our eBay Store items is a commitment to purchase such item as advertised!

Got Golf USA will charge a $12.00 Cancellation/Restocking fee for each auction/eBay store item cancelled when buyers request cancellation due to personal reason or mistake.

Manufacturer Warranty

Should your merchandise be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement for you under the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. Please note that we do not offer any special warranty above and beyond the manufacturer warranty on any product we sell.

Most golf manufacturers require International buyers to send their defective item back to the original seller to facilitate the prompt replacement/repair of such item. International buyers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges and duties required for the repair/replacement of item under warranty. Therefore, please contact us if the issue is something that falls in the manufacturer's warrant and we will assist you to find the best and quickest way to facilitate the return/exchange of the defective item.
