This listing is for the Very Rare Advanced Dungeons and Dragons 1st Edition / 1st Printing Hardback...MONSTER MANUAL. The book is in used but still fair++ to good- condition! It has cover / corner wear and it as some spliting along its top left edge but it's still in fairly good condition for its age! Inside it has some of the pictures neatly colored in with colored pencils and it has some small notations in pencil that could be erased and other than that it's in used but good- condition the top right corner of its blank cover page and other than that, it's in lightly used still nice condition and its pages have NO writing or markings!! THE ORIGINAL 1ST EDITION / 1ST PRINTING FROM 1977!!
